We work with local and state assistance programs such as Lansing Housing Commission (LHC), Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), Becka Management, Advent House Ministries, Holly Cross Services,

Capital Area Housing Partnership, and others. 

We accept all section 8 vouchers. Please apply below.

 

Low Credit

We encourage you to apply even if your credit is not perfect. We offer special programs for low-credit applicants and will not deny you automatically.
